GENERAL PRODUCT INFO.                           

All chair and stool frames are made from fine quality hardwoods.

ALL OF OUR FINISHES ARE FOR INTERIOR USE ONLY!

All Fedex orders will include a $5.00 per carton handling charge.

All tables have been aged by a process of hand applied dents and scratches, then finished to give the look of a treasured heirloom.

Pine tables are available in two-toned finishes (top & base), 4-leg heights and turned or napoleon style legs.

Para wood leg tables are available in a single finish only.

Para wood pedestal tables are available in two-toned finishes.

Stock items subject to be discontinued without notice.

We do not recommend light painted finishes on our pine items. Due to leakage from pine knots, which causes discoloration.

Any special orders must be signed off as special/as is, no returns or cancellations allowed.

We do not drop ship to consumers.

Fedex does not insure our products against damage. Therefore, we will not accept any damage claims sustained in Fedex shipping. We charge a $5.00 per carton handling charge on all Fedex shipments.

Pricing:  Prices are for immediate acceptance and subject to change without notice.

Terms:  Net 30 days - F.O.B. Factory Yadkinville, NC 27055

Damage Claim Procedure:

• Inspect all merchandise upon receipt. Note any damage on delivery receipt, refuse damaged item if necessary. In the event damage is found, call 336/463-5538/factory must be notified immediately (must within 14-days) (have invoice number and item numbers on hand). If the factory is notified at time of delivery of damage, the factory will issue a damage claim with the delivery carrier.  Where warranted, replacements will be issued and an Fedex "Package Return Program" label will be mailed.   In order to insure proper credit, arrange for Fedex  pickup within 14 days.

• Credit will be issued upon return and inspection of said merchandise.  Furniture MUST be re-wrapped and re-cartoned so as not to cause further damage.
